It sure makes a nice change seeing a hand painted breast cancer ribbon, rather than a decal. I painted the ribbon on the hood and added some pinstriping in metallic charcoal, pinks and reds. There's a ribbon and some pinstriping on the back too. It's shame the colours haven't come out well in these photos, but the sun wasn't on my side.

As a pinstriper, something like this is always a nice challenge. Originally I was thinking about keeping the ribbon outlined, with no colour inside (glad I changed my mind). I was also going to keep the whole thing a lot smaller. After I'd shown the owner a rough idea of what I thought would look good, she said I could go a lot bigger.. which is always awesome!
